Is it a good idea to get my daughter a mini harley chopper scooter?

My daughter is turning sixteen next month. She's a chip of the old block, a rocker chick who goes gaga over Celtic cross tattoos, flower tattoos and nose piercings. In order to projecting the image of a really cool dad, I've decided to get her a mini harley chopper scooter for her birthday. It sounds like the best complement for her style. It’s a bit more expensive than the gifts I usually give her but she has been doing a great job in school these past few days. Getting her a mini harley chopper scooter would be a great way to reward her for all the efforts she has put in her part time job as a great singer and her academics. Do you think she's old enough to ride a mini harley chopper scooter to school? Is it a good idea to get her a mini harley chopper scooter for her sixteenth birthday?

You're quite right! She will definitely look good on a mini harley chopper scooter. It is the perfect vehicle for a girl who loves to rock. Each mini harley chopper scooter comes with a Harley Davidson logo and a decorative burst of flames between the handlebars and the seat. Each bike also comes with rear and brake lights, turning signals, rear view mirrors, an electric horn, a speedometer, battery gauge turn signals, an odometer, high beam lights as well as a headlight.

This beautiful piece has a cute, little two stroke engine as well as an electrical ignition. The bike also has a push button starter that will make it easier for your daughter to use it. It also has some safety features like the front and rear disk breaks that would stop your daughter from pulling a wheelie.

There’s no law that states that you couldn’t get her one. You should, however, make sure that she gets ample parental supervision when she drives this around. Riding this type of scooter can be a little bit risky.

Because these little choppers are lightweight, they are not suitable for speeding on the highway. At such a high speed, it's very easy for her to lose control. Since these scooters can only go up to 50 or 60 miles an hour, she will have a hard time competing with the huge trucks and fast cars on the highway. Although it does not have a place on the highway, it can definitely be a great vehicle for school. She could also use it to travel short distances.

A mini harley chopper scooter is not really advisable for children under eighteen years of age. But, with intense adult supervision, getting one for your daughter shouldn't be problem. Maybe you could ride the scooter with her or alongside her during the first few weeks that she will ride the scooter to school. You should also provide her with a helmet as well as the other protective equipment needed for riding a scooter.
