Your Calorie Burning Zone - How You Get The Best Burn Rate From Your Cardio

Have you ever seen someone with a heart rate monitor? You know a thing on their wrist that tells them how fast their heart is beating? You can see them at the gym on most occasions or jogging on the roads. I read about them for the first time in my first ab rocket review. Some people may think its silly and may not have any idea why anyone would be so worried over their health that they felt the need to monitor their own heart rate. But let me explain.

During exercise, your body needs more energy, and also more oxygen to fuel your muscles. That is why we start breathing hard when we exert our bodies. We also burn calories quicker when our heart beat is at a certain optimum rate (called your fat burning zone). If your heart rate is either slower or faster, then you dont burn as much. This is why people want to know how fast their heart rate was, so that they can attempt to stay in that zone and burn as much fat as possible.

So, what is the fat burning zone? The truth is, I cant tell you. This is a measurement that is generally made either by your doctor, or at your gym. Some machines will even automatically calculate this for you based on your height and your weight, which you can enter in before using a machine.

To begin to utilize your fat burning zone, you should consider making use of some machines at your gym that will provide you with straight-forward cardio. For instance, I recommend the cross-trainer, the treadmill, and the bike as machines which will exercise different muscles while allowing you to move into the zone. In case you havent been exercising regularly in the past, then you should always begin with a five minute warm up below your fat burning zone, and then between 15 and 20 minutes of working out within it. When you are finished cool off with a work down of about five minutes.

I must issue a warning however. As your muscles will be being worked out when you do any kind of cardio workout, it is of extreme importance that you keep your water intake up. This is not like going for a stroll down the park, as you will be working your muscles against anything that they might normally expect, in order to continue functioning correctly, you will need to monitor your own fluid intake.

For the best results, combine this type of cardio exercise with muscle workouts. If you build your muscles and burn fat in the fat burning zone, you will see a significant increase your results. But be sure to check with your doctor before you begin any new type of fitness routine. And remember, ab rocket review simply does not tell you everything.
