Comparing Folding Tricycle To Normal Bike
When we want a bike, we want two wheels. That's why we were surprised to see that the Westport Adult Folding Tricycle is just that: a tricycle. The last time we saw a tricycle, a three year old was riding it. So why would they make a tricycle for adults, and why would they make it foldable? We just had to find out so we set to work reviewing the Westport folding tricycle and here's what we found out.
Is it Comfortable?
Purchasing something with comfort is always important, especially in the bicycle industry. When it comes to the adult folding tricycle you can enjoy a sturdy and comfortable appeal that might come as a surprise. The strong steel frame and low step design also makes it easy to get on and off your tricycle. Plus, there is an added suspension system to make those bumps in the road feel smooth.
Three Wheels?
Are you still wondering why the Westport Tricycle has 3 wheels? Well, it definitely takes some getting used to, but the stability alone is great for anyone. You're less likely to fall off, the seat is wide enough to sit on it for longer periods of time, and the upright handlebars make it much more fun to ride. The Westport Adult Folding Tricycle can give you all these benefits, as well as several others.
Extras
If you're looking for a little more, the Westport Adult Folding Tricycle also comes with a cargo basket so you can take things with you. Whether it's riding up to the grocery store for some goodies, needing to deliver something down the road to a neighbor, planning a picnic, or anything else, there are plenty of items you can place in the basket. Plus, you're going to get a lot of attention when you ride around your neighborhood on the Westport Adult Folding Tricycle.
Foldable?
We had to see how well the Westport Folding Tricycle actually folded up. Surprisingly, the Westport folded up quite nicely, which allowed us to put it in the trunk of our car, or in the garage so as to take up minimal space.
The Westport Tricycle may not look like other bikes, and it may not handle like other bikes, but after taking it out for a ride we found out why this item is likely to be hot this year. It's fun to ride, it's got a wide seat and upright handlebars that make it very comfortable to ride and it folds up to accommodate even the tiniest of storage spaces. All in all, we would definitely recommend the Westport Tricycle to all biking enthusiasts who also thought that all good bikes came with two wheels only.
